• Share files as standalone, even if altered
• Upload Videoclay content to third-party marketplaces or template platforms

7. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of any content you upload.
• By uploading, you grant videoclay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content to operate, promote, and improve the Services.
• You represent that you have the rights to your content and that it doesn't infringe any third-party rights.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods and covering applicable taxes.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use videoclay assets ends immediately
• You must delete all downloaded files and cease using the Services

10. Disclaimers

videoclay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted service
• Complete security or data accuracy
• Fitness for a specific purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• videoclay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold videoclay harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by law.

• If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable
